Hey guys, am back with a new post, that is, second post.✌
Before I come up with the style followed in the city, let’s know the city first.

Chandigarh is also known as ‘THE CITY BEAUTIFUL’ of India. It was the first city to be developed after independence of India.🇮🇳

Chandigarh was designed by the French architect 🗼 Le Corbuiser, who designed the city in the best way he could. In fact, Chandigarh is also known for its well planned designing and infrastructure.

Chandigarh is the capital of two states, Punjab and Haryana. And here is a mix of both the cultures equally. People are fascinated by the looks, greenery, hospitality, hygiene and of course cleanliness. It is also known as one of the cleanest city in the world and as the first smoke-free city in India.

The city has numerous places to visit.

•SUKHNA LAKE

It is located in Sector 1, Chandigarh. What fascinates about the lake is the calmness, cleanliness and peace you’ll surely feel. You’ll feel close to nature. The best view of the lake is during the sunrise and in the night.
I would like you all to visit the place for sure.

•ROCK GARDEN

About 300 meters away from Sukhna Lake, this unique garden was created by Late Nek Chand, a government official who started the garden secretly in his spare time in 1957. Today it is spread over an area of 40 acres (161874.25 m²). It is completely built of industrial and home waste and thrown-away items.

It consists of man-made interlinked waterfalls and many other sculptures that have been made of scrap and other kinds of wastes (bottles, glasses, bangles, tiles, ceramic pots, sinks, electrical waste, etc.) which are placed in walled path.

These are two of the places to visit in Chandigarh. We’ll be back with more beautiful captions of the city and the trends in it.

        But honestly, if you were here and you didn’t eat anything famous food from here to maza nahi aaya hoga.

  2. Hey wat about rose garden.. and the others parks around the city .. botanical gardens ..

    Punjab university .. student centre.. etc etc..

    Rock garden sadly was not that great when I visited it last year compared to when I lived in the city years back.

    And yes chandigahr is the best city .. its MY CITY..😀😀
